Retreev Products are subjected to wear and tear over their lifetime. We don’t want you not securing your bags, pets or valuables because the Retreev product has worn out or broken after years of use. That’s why we offer our unique Retreev warranty on all our products.

You’ll get one free replacement in the first year after the date of activation.

If your Retreev product was activated more than 1 year ago, you’ll receive a 50% discount on purchasing a replacement.

For all subsequent replacements, you’ll qualify for a 25% discount.

We’ve made the experience of submitting a warranty claim as easy as possible.

Simply submit your warranty claim with your Name, Email Address and Retreev ID of the item, and we will send you a discount code to claim your replacement online.
