Tag Owners

To start you need to activate your retreev codes. Click the Activate button.

You’ll then be asked to setup your profile and login. You can then register an unlimited number of retreev tags. Each retreev tag has a Unique Idenitification Code (UID).

The Unique Identification code (UID), is a twelve-character code that looks like this: LGGC - Y896 - K33D

When your retreev tag is reported found we will send you a text (SMS) and an email with the finder’s details.
You can provide more than one email address to be contacted at. You will receive notifications to each email that is added.

Language Preference allows you to select your language of choice.
Wherever possible communications will be sent to you in your preferred language.

You need to be 18 years or older. If you are under 18, you will need a parent or adult to assist.

Tag Finders

Simply:
Scan the QR code with your phone by opening the camera on your SMART phone. You’ll then be taken to the report a found item form. Simply complete your contact details and click submit.
OR
Tap the Tag with your NFC enabled SMART phone. You’ll then be taken to the report a found item form. Simply complete your contact details and click submit.
OR
Click retreev.com/return and enter the Unique Idenitification Code (UID) in to the field. Simply complete your contact details and click submit.
The Unique Identification code (UID), is a twelve-character code that looks like this:
LGGC - Y896 - K33D The Unique Identification code (UID) is not case sensitive – you don’t have to worry about capital letters.

It is the responsibility of the owner to arrange collection and shipping of the item. The finder can assist if they want to help.

Please re-enter the code carefully and resubmit. The code is not case sensitive, so you don’t have to worry about capital letters.
