Retreev was founded through a vision to create the next generation of bag and luggage tags and let technology play a big part in the game.

It dawned on me one day whilst filling out my full name, home address and mobile number on a flimsy paper luggage tag. This feels like the 1980s version of tavel and is also a big security risk!

Surely there must be some sort of electronic tag out there that would allow me to fill out my details online without the need for the whole world to know where I live!?

I searched and searched for something that allowed a simple way of uploading my details that also had a function if someone were to find a lost bag they can contact me directly. When I couldn’t find any that fitted what I was looking for, Retreev was born.

The idea around Retreev is to know not just where your bag is but how to get it back safely and securely.

We're a creative, innovative collective bunch of young entrepreneurs focused on finding a simple solution to the never-ending search for personal belongings. We believe in teamwork and are constantly developing new and fun tag designs to always be recognisable.

It all began with two friends facing an everyday problem. Finding a lost bag whilst travelling.

We launched retreev in the UK in 2019. Took a little break 😉 and re-launched retreev in 2021 and have grown Retreev into an international company with our tags available worldwide.
