How to set up a Tag

Activate your tag by tapping the tag, scanning the QR code or entering the unique ID found on the tag into retreev.com/setup.

Step 2

Activate

Complete your personal details to be contactable when your bag is found.

Step 3

Attach

The tag is now activated! Attach the tag to your bag, and you’re good to go.

How to Return a Lost Bag

Step 1

A person taps the tag, scans the QR code or enters the unique ID into retreev.com/return using their phone

Step 2

You’ll receive an email and text message alerting you that your bag has been found.

Step 3

You can now easily contact the person to arrange the safe return of your lost bag.
